is a certified teacher of Kripalu Yoga. First qualified as a Physical Education teacher and later as a Drama Professor, Lisbie trained in 2002 as a yoga teacher at the Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health in the Berkshires. Since then, she has been teaching yoga and meditation in the Waterdown area through her business Yoga for Life.
